Goals for Cystic Fibrosis

The Kinsmen Club of The Pas and OCN Blizzard " Together for LIFE".  Each and every time the OCN Blizzard scores a goal on home ice The Pas Kinsmen donates $10 towards CF, as well as $25 for every shut out, home or away.  The Goals for CF program promotes awareness for CF in our community.  The OCN Blizzard can score well over 200 goals a season at home games in front of a crowd of usually over 1000 hockey fans.  

The Banner as shown in the picture to the right hangs proudly in the Gordon Lathlin Arena.  The year 2000 marked our first year with this project and we hope that we can continue for many years to come.  The 2006/2007season saw the OCN Blizzard score 190 home game goals with 4 shut outs for a total of $2000.00 donated to CF through this project.  

We invite all local and out of town hockey fans to come out and cheer on the OCN Blizzard to score more goals and bring us that much closer to a cure for CF.
