CANADA DAY BAR-B-Q

 

Every year the Kinsmen Club of The Pas host a BBQ in conjunction with the Canada Day Parade. The BBQ takes place after the Parade at around noon. The location is at Devon Park beside the tennis courts. This past Canada Day saw the Kinsmen hand out 80 dozen hot dogs, 5 slabs of Canada Day cake and gallons of different flavors of juice. This BBQ is open to all ages, with no limit on how many hot dogs you can eat. Next year we the Kinsmen club will be hosting everything at the same place. This is a great project for the Kinsmen to give something back to the community.

2007 even with the bad weather there was still a great crowd of all ages.
