The Kinsmen Club of The Pas has been "serving the community's greatest needs" since its Charter as a club on February 16, 1960, as part of the National Association of Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of Canada.

Kinsmen began in February 1920, when Founder Hal Rogers met with a small group of like-minded individuals who sought fellowship and community service opportunities.

Kinsmen and Kinettes across this great country share a common mission statement:

External mission: "To better our communities by promoting service, fellowship, family values, and national pride".

Internal Mission: "The Association will provide opportunities for members and clubs to develop leaders and to service their communities".

The Pas Kinsmen have embraced that mission in their community endeavors which are featured at this site.

Club members meet every 2nd Thursday from September to May at their clubroom at the Kin Center, 324 Ross Avenue in The Pas, with supper meetings commencing at 7:00 p.m. While productive discussion of the business at hand is the purpose for these meetings, members never lose sight of the necessity for fellowship, which takes place prior to, following, and, on occasion, during the business portion of the evening. Guests are certainly welcome at all such meetings, and we encourage anyone interested to contact a member of the club to act as their host for the evening!
